Our Priority Areas

Empowerment Programs for Disadvantaged Youths
The MCC Foundation will provide holistic empowerment programs for disadvantaged youths, including street children and those affected by illicit drugs, by offering access to education, vocational training, and mentorship opportunities that foster self-sufficiency and long-term success.
Through rehabilitation services, life skills training, and workforce development, the Foundation will create pathways for at-risk youth to rebuild their lives and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
Inclusive Programs for Disabled Populations
Inclusive Programs for Disabled Populations
Committed to equity and inclusion, the MCC Foundation will champion programs that enhance access to education, vocational training, and community engagement for disabled individuals.
By addressing structural barriers and fostering inclusive environments, the Foundation will ensure that people with disabilities can fully participate in and contribute to society.

Improved Education Outcomes
Recognizing the pivotal role of the Monrovia Consolidated School System (MCSS) in shaping future generations, the MCC Foundation will invest in capacity-building initiatives to enhance teacher training, infrastructure, and
student support services.
These efforts will strengthen MCSS’s ability to deliver high-quality, inclusive education that meets the diverse needs of Monrovia’s students.
